4. Pricing and Payment
4.1. Payment Terms:
Our invoices are payable within 21 working days unless another payment timeframe is indicated on either the invoice or the order. In the event of non-payment by the due date, Bioapparatus Biotechnology Ltd. Şti. reserves the right to request a fixed interest payment amounting to 10% of the sum remaining due.
4.2. Late Payment and Debt Recovery:
If a payment is still outstanding more than sixty (60) days after the due payment date, Bioapparatus Biotechnology Ltd. Şti. reserves the right to call on the services of a debt recovery company. All legal expenses will be payable by the client.
4.3. Withholding at Source:
Certain countries apply withholding at source on the amount of invoices, in accordance with their internal legislation. Any withholding at source will be paid by the client to the tax authorities. The invoice amount will therefore be due in its entirety to Bioapparatus Biotechnology Ltd. Şti., excluding any costs related to local legislation.
5. Shipping and Customs
5.1. Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer and will be calculated and communicated during the checkout process.
5.2. Customs Duties and Taxes:
Any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees required by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Bioapparatus Biotechnology Ltd. Şti. is not liable for delays or additional charges caused by customs clearance.
5.3. Shipping Risks:
Once the product has been handed over to the shipping carrier, the risk of damage or loss passes to the buyer. Bioapparatus Biotechnology Ltd. Şti. will assist with tracking or claims if necessary, but ultimate responsibility lies with the buyer.
6. Limitation of Liability
6.1. Service Obligations:
Bioapparatus Biotechnology Ltd. Şti. undertakes to do its best to supply performant services within agreed timeframes. However, none of its obligations can be considered as an obligation to achieve results.
6.2. Third-Party Claims:
Under no circumstances can Bioapparatus Biotechnology Ltd. Şti. be required by the client to appear as a third party in any claim for damages filed against the client by an end consumer.
7. Complaints and Disputes
For any complaint to be admissible, Bioapparatus Biotechnology Ltd. Şti. must be notified via recorded delivery to its registered office within 8 days of the delivery of the goods or the provision of services.
8. Indemnification
By using this website, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bioapparatus Biotechnology Ltd. Şti., its employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or losses resulting from your use of this website.
9. Modification of Terms
